SHIPPING POLICY
We ship all our products to you via courier. All products are sufficiently packaged to withstand the journey from us to you. They will be bubble wrapped where required and packaged up to protect the finish of your product.

Shipping costs vary dependant on the size and weight of the product and we aim to dispatch your product within 48 hours of your purchase via standard delivery (3-5 working days). Shipping prices will be clearly stated in the description section of the product and will be clearly stated at checkout. We do offer free delivery however for all orders over £80.
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you are pleased with your purchase from K&W Bespoke but if for whatever reason you are displeased please do not hesitate to contact us within 14 days of receiving your product and we can discuss exchange or refund for your product.

Please do note, however, all our products are made from repurposed products and therefore they may vary slightly from product photos/sizes but this should be minimal dependant on materials available at the time of the build.
